PT Aquaboard Eco is a premium quality light- weight magnesium oxide board ideal for over boarding chipboard, concrete and stable timber floors.
PT Aquaboard Eco is 15-35% lighter than an equivalent sized cement-fibre tile backer board, making it much easier to store, carry and install. It is also easy to cut with the “score and snap” method and produces very little dust.
PT Aquaboard Eco provides a perfect substrate for all tile finishes including the heaviest of natural stone. The PT board is mould and water resistant and will not swell, rot or degrade over time making it ideal for bathrooms, wetrooms and kitchens when tanked.
PT Aquaboard Eco is one of the strongest on the market and will take a maximum weight of 100kg per m² when fixed to a solid background.
PT Aquaboard Eco has a textured side for tiling and a smooth side ready to be painted or wallpapered.
